Nonstop, feed-driven tennis for up to six players. Constant movement, real coaching, zero benchwarming. Show up, rally, sweat.
Beginner (NTRP 1.5–2.5) · Intermediate/Advanced (3.0–4.5)
Small group — 3 to 4 players

One hour, entirely around your game and where you want it to go. Bring a partner semi-private and split the court — and the focus — two ways.

Juniors — ages 5–14
Fun-first group tennis for juniors — footwork, coordination, and a real love for the game. Private junior coaching available for players who want to move faster.

Competitive — CSCS-led
Strength, conditioning, and lab-grade sports-science testing for competitive players — programmed by a CSCS, specific to tennis.
